Search tips
If you have the style number of the item you wish to order you can search for it using the site search box at the top of the page. Simply type in the style code in the search box and click “search”. Alternatively you can search by the name of the style using this box or use the search options in the left navigation to choose further options such as size, colour and collection.
Placing your order
Once you have decided on the items you wish to order, select your size and then click add to bag. You can continue to browse the site and add items to your basket when you wish. If you decide to log out, items will remain in your basket when you next log in to continue shopping!
If you wish to add more than one item from a collection, simply select size and quantity for each item and when you select add to bag all items will be added.
You will see the Shopping bag is updated with your selected products. To view or change what’s in your bag simply click on the icon at the top of the page.
When you have finished shopping select proceed to checkout. Select your desired delivery method. Please see above for prices and delivery times. We also advise checking all items in your cart are correct sizes/colours before clicking pay. If you have a discount code please enter it in the box provided. Any relevant discount will be deducted from the total of your order. Please see below on tips how to use discount codes. When requested enter your card details and delivery address if this is different from your account address.
If you hold an Ultimo account and log in using your email address and password your delivery details will automatically be inputted.

We accept the following types of card: Maestro, American Express, Delta, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Solo.
Using a discount code
To claim a discount or free postage promotion you must enter a valid discount code in the box provided and press go. Please check that the discount has been deducted from your order before proceeding.If you do not follow this method the discount will not appear. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse anyone who has not entered the code correctly. See below for further info on valid free delivery promotions.

Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown at the online checkout and on your delivery note. If for this or any other reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 14 days in accordance with our standard return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown are cash prices. The main price quoted on our site is in British pounds.

We undertake to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. Free delivery promotions
- The cost of standard delivery, £3.50, will not be applied to your order when you enter the relevant promotional code at the online check out.
- Promotion is only valid when your order comes to a specified amount or more and is placed before the relevant stated date.
- Offer only valid online or by calling the Ultimo order line and quoting the code before you place your order.
- Offer is only valid on the purchase of full price merchandise over the value as stated and can therefore not be redeemed on the purchase of sale items unless these items form part of an order including full price merchandise of the stated value or more.
